I had a lovely time at Lanta Local Hut, spending three nights in a simple but cozy bungalow. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to some great restaurants. While I appreciated the friendly and helpful owners, I did encounter a lot of local wildlife like insects and frogs, which may not be for everyone. Overall, it was a good budget option, though I would have preferred cleaner bathroom facilities.

Arun and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful, but I have to mention there were quite a few local critters around, which might not be ideal for everyone.
